At the end of your training you will take a 100Q training practice exam in preparation for your Building Science Principles Certificate of Knowledge exam (included in the Building Science Principles Training and Testing Package).

The Building Science Principles 100Q Practice Exam is a 2-hour, multiple-choice practice exam intended to help prepare students to challenge the BPI Building Science Principles Certificate of Knowledge Exam. The practice exam is also useful for preparing for 2nd tier BPI Certifications such as Building Analyst and Envelope Professional.

The BPI Building Science Principles Certificate of Knowledge Exam is delivered online via BPI's testing platform. Instructions and an exam code will be emailed to you. It is a 100 Question, multiple choice exam and has a 70% passing score. This exam is included in the Building Science Principles Training and Testing Package.

The BPI Building Analyst-Professional (BA-P) Proctored Written Exam is a computer based exam that is administered by a certified proctor via BPI's testing portal. This exam is administered live or via Zoom , is 2.5 hours and 60 questions in length and requires a 70% passing rate.

BPI Building Analyst-Technician (BA-T) + Infiltration and Duct Leakage (IDL) Field Training

This BPI Building Analyst-Technician + Infiltration and Duct Leakage 2-in-1 Field Exam is for students combining field exams into a single proctored field exam session. It is a live, one-on-one proctored live field exam with an allowed time of 4 hours for BA-T and 1.5 hours for IDL, and requires booking a time, date and location at the time of purchase.
